Traces of an Absent Body took place at The Lethaby Building (Round Room). It was a collaborative project between three artists: sharing their practices across film, installation, sound and performance. It was an attempt at listening and responding to the nature of the space; its scale, sonorities, and its present and future existence. The work drew from tyroneisaacstuart’s investigations into sound and reverberation, the text of Sarah’s previous performance lecture Touch Me Not, and Nikolai Azariah’s ongoing research into the symbolic nature of salt as a substance and a mythology.
